Directions
1. Set out the ingredients.
2. Peel the apples.
3. Slice the apples horizontally.
4. Make apple rings with round cookie cutters.
5. Beat the eggs.
6. Coat the apple ring with flour.
7. Dip the apple ring in eggs.
8. Coat it in panko.
9. Heat oil in non-stick plan till it shimmers (medium-high).
10. Fry the apple rings till golden brown on both sides.
11. Transfer to a clean paper towel to drain off excess oil.
