  1. Wash and peel pumpkin. Cut flesh into strips. Steam until soft.
  2. Cut red and green peppers into thin strips. Mix steamed pumpkin with flour and egg.
  3. Add in red and green peppers, pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Heat a thin layer of oil in a pan. Pour in the mixture. Fry on low heat for a short time for it to solidify.
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
