When baby starts teething, they always want to chew on all kinds of things. Today we’ll make a healthy teething stick that uses Bananas, oatmeal, walnuts, eggs, and flour. Not only is this hard teething stick nutritious, it also discourages bad habits like hand sucking.
Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Oatmeal
- Walnuts
- Eggs
- Flour
Direction:
Beat an egg
Mash the bananas.
Grind up oatmeal and walnuts
Don’t have a grinder? Buy it here.
Mix it all together with eggs and flour.
Knead the dough and roll it flat.
Cut into strips and twist.
Apply egg wash
Bake at 360 degrees for 15 min.
