Edible teething stick for babies – delicious and nutritious

Today we share with you “Bear Uncle’s Kitchen” — where every Friday Bear Uncle prepares a delicious and nutritious snack for our babies.

When baby starts teething, they always want to chew on all kinds of things. Today we’ll make a healthy teething stick that uses Bananas, oatmeal, walnuts, eggs, and flour. Not only is this hard teething stick nutritious, it also discourages bad habits like hand sucking.

  • Oatmeal
  • Walnuts

Beat an egg

mash bananas

Mash the bananas.


Grind up oatmeal and walnuts

Don’t have a grinder? Buy it here.



Mix it all together with eggs and flour.

Knead the dough and roll it flat.


Cut into strips and twist.

Bake at 360 degrees for 15 min.


The resulting teething stick is both yummy and healthy, filled with vitamin Bs including B6, iron, calcium, protein, folate, copper, niacin, and more.
